HorribleThey didn't show up for 3 days , like they were supposed to they kept telling me every couple hours, they'd be there and little bit never showed up.I missed work and everything.And then when they showed up , the guy said he wasn't for sure , but he thinks it might be a motherboard going out

We have been trying to get our dryer fixed for almost 3 months now. The rep came yesterday and replaced the tub and another part and it still does not work right. put clothes in dryer right before going to bed last night and the dryer was still running this morning and showed it had 1hr 4min left.

We have home warranty and sears repair was the service provided. No wonder sears went out of business and I can tell you sears appliance repair will soon follow. First off you can’t reach anyone. It’s all automated. No matter what number you call it all goes to the same place with zero help. Service came out to inspect our dishwasher and the gentleman told us it was our drain pump. After 2 no call no shows finally got him out to replace the pump. Next morning same error LC code. Got another technician out the next week different guy. The gentleman was telling us how bad sears has become with this AI with scheduling, unhappy customersand and how frustrated he is having to fix other sears technicians jobs. He told us it was not the drain pump but the fact that it needed to be leveled and if off by the slightest the sensors would trip code. Woke up next morning same error LC code. Got the 1st guy out the following week. Remind you he’s looked at it twice and told us it was leaky seal. Part came 2 days later. 3rd different technician came out to tell us the other technician ordered the wrong part. Absolute joke. I had to put 1 star to post other wise Zero stars. Do better.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. The Sear's technician arrived in a pickup truck with no company name. I'm thinking well he will have no parts. He came in carrying only I believe a meter in a case and a screwdriver. It became clear immediately he was not familiar with the refrigerator. His diagnosis was the compressor wasn't running. Really. If the compressor wasn't running the refrigerator wouldn't be cool at all. He said the start capacitor should be a 12mf and in measured 9mf. Really. I am an electronic technician with over 40 years' experience, just am not familiar with refrigeration. He gave me an estimate for repair of $517.00. I declined and called another company. This technician took the refrigerator apart and discovered the evaporator was frozen. If I would have went with the Sears tech I would have spent $517.00, and it would not have fixed the problem. The Sear's tech seemed out of it. Acted odd. I will never use them again. I had to give 1 star so the web page would allow me to select "Post" otherwise I would have given them no stars.

Sorry I can't give Sears a "O". Scheduled for last Tuesday, received a note that they would be there to service our fridge between 10:37 PM and 0:21 AM. We rescheduled to Thursday. On Thursday received a note that I had asked to be rescheduled again (I had not) and rescheduled for Friday. Today is Friday, it's 5:42 PM and no one has called or shown up. I tried contacting Sears and all you get is an AI Virtual Assistant who mouths the same thing over and over and will only allow you to reschedule or cancel BUT NEVER TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. I even went online and found a note from Sears: Do you need to speak to a real person. Yes; well you are connected to the same AI virtual assistant. No wonder Sears stores went out of business. If this is an example of their service, I expect the same thing to happen.

I had no problem whatsoever with the tech who came to check my water heater however, He knew nothing about the charge or why it went from 119 up to 190. The only thing he did was verify yes indeed my warranted water heater was leaking! I give Bobby a five star and I give Sears one star! This is not the Sears I depended on for years. What a shame it is so hard to get your warranty honored now that the company is basically gone.
