Bobby took his time to access and program my Nest thermostat. He was very nice and helpful. He also explained that my filters should be changed more regularly than they have been.

Darryal was helpful and informative. My dishwasher did not get fixed. I thought my service call charge of $119 could get applied back to a purchase of a new dishwasher if I bought one and had it installed by Sears. That is if the repair was too costly which it was. But Darryal was informative and told me that Sears no longer sells or installs new dishwashers. So I had to pay the service charge.
