The dryer technician, Bobby W., was wonderful. He was very thorough and explained the dryer mechanics. The Sears scheduling process is terrible. I was never able to speak to anyone. They separated one appointment into 2 without informing me. I cannot miss work twice, so I canceled the second part of the service. Very disappointed because I really liked the technician.

Bryan did an excellent, and thorough job analyzing the Washer Issues, explaining what the problems were, and thoroughly covering the Estimated Repair Costs - he further shared "tips" on efficiently addressing load capacity and experience with different models (in the event we elected to replace the current machine. Great job cleaning and servicing the Dryer!
