I have an ac problem and sears has not been helpful at all. They were recommended by my home warranty company. As soon as the tech found out I had someone else work on it a week before he immediately told me to just call them and basically offered no help after that. And now they told my warranty company they were going to come do a leak check, but I have not heard anything. This company has been nothing but a headache to work with. And their "customer service" is atrocious, claiming there's not a supervisor to be connected with. And there are no notes that I had called them Monday and was told 24-48 then. So I waited, and called back Thursday, no notes and it's going to be another 24 hours. What a joke.

Horrible overall but the technician(was great).Sears said he was coming on May 2nd but he didn't know as he was waiting for the parts.Then they told me that I was suppose to have the parts so I couldnt schedule another appt. Until I had the parts.I was NEVER suppose to have the parts.The next scheduled date(May 13) was cancelled by sears and moved to the 15th but they didn't clear that with me.I was finally able to reschedule the job for May 20th.During it all...it was almost impossible to speak to a real person even though I tried a dozen different Sears phone numbers.I was pro Sears for over 40 years but this has killed those good feelings.I paid in full around April 25.Since it was done 3 weeks later than promised,I had to pay a company to mow my lawn 5 times at $40 each.Bad experience mostly because I could not get anyone to call me even after I begged to speak to a supervisor.Glad it's over.Once again the technician was great.
