Scott did great job in repairing my refrigerator. I appreciated the heads-up call before coming to my home. He respected my property and removed his shoes when entering my house. He stayed long enough to ensure the issue was resolved. Lastly, he was knowledgeable enough to diagnose the issue and didn’t “guess” about what the problem might be.

My technician, Bobby, explained what was going on with the heat pump and thoroughly helped me to understand how it works with the auxiliary heat. I really appreciated the time he took and the patience he had with my renters miscommunication on his arrival
