The tech that finally arrived is a great representative for a poorly managed company. He seemed very knowledgeable and was pleasant to deal with, but the Sears AI system is horrible. It can’t seem to get scheduling correct or order parts properly. There is no way to connect with a human regarding any issues one may have with the repair.

Scott did great job in repairing my refrigerator. I appreciated the heads-up call before coming to my home. He respected my property and removed his shoes when entering my house. He stayed long enough to ensure the issue was resolved. Lastly, he was knowledgeable enough to diagnose the issue and didn’t “guess” about what the problem might be.
