While the repair completed by Bryan on Friday July 12th was 5-star great, I had major difficulties with the previous repairman on July 3rd. I would like to be contacted by a leader at Sears Appliance repair to discuss my experience on July 3rd. Tech was neat, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. With all the changes at Sears, he was concerned parts were nit available but did find unit on his truck. It was refurbished but that's all there is anymore.
