Taurean H. is the best! He takes time to explain what he's doing and how it will help improve the running process of the appliance. He also, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work and his ability to communicate with me on the level that I would know exactly what he was talking about. He is a very professional employee. Technician was polite, quick & thorough! We just hate we’ve had to go thru ALL these technicians b/c Sears products are so poorly built & customer service is terrible! You’d get better customer service via phone if you called The White House! My wife wishes we’d never bought this fridge. Oh but wait, this isn’t the original fridge we bought. Sears said that one couldn’t be fixed so they replaced it with a much smaller fridge. My wife says don’t buy from Sears!

He did a great job. It’s the people at the office that screws everything up. There are no telephone numbers that you can get a contact with anyone. They screwed up our appointments three different times when the service man came he was great but my appliance was down for over a month and it wasn’t his fault. It was the office fault.
