I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of my need. The technician was honest and showed up exactly when he was supposed to. I would utilize Sears again for appliance work.

Johnny was exceptional. Too Bad he couldn’t get corporate to read all of his requests and view all the pictures sent to them so that he could fix my refrigerator. It’s taken Sears and American Home Shield 10 months to offer a cash out for my refrigerator that has been down since Oct 2024. Finally after almost 18 scheduled appointments to send a technician to fix my refrigerator, American Hime Shield offered a cash out option for about half the price the broken refrigerator cost. They even deducted the parts that were ordered but those parts didn’t fix the refrigerator, I would never use Sears Home Services or American Home Shield again. I have cancelled my contract with American Home Shield and found a much less expensive, more reliable, better results oriented, more customer caring, and prompt service oriented home warranty company..
