Technician was polite, quick & thorough! We just hate we’ve had to go thru ALL these technicians b/c Sears products are so poorly built & customer service is terrible! You’d get better customer service via phone if you called The White House! My wife wishes we’d never bought this fridge. Oh but wait, this isn’t the original fridge we bought. Sears said that one couldn’t be fixed so they replaced it with a much smaller fridge. My wife says don’t buy from Sears!

He did a great job. It’s the people at the office that screws everything up. There are no telephone numbers that you can get a contact with anyone. They screwed up our appointments three different times when the service man came he was great but my appliance was down for over a month and it wasn’t his fault. It was the office fault.

Johnny was called out for the 2nd time and was very polite and knowledgeable. It was the 1st American Home Warranty part that was very poor.

Ian was excellent. He had to come out twice because of the need to order a part. It was frustrating to be completely rescheduled three weeks out, a couple of times. Not his fault but very challenging to get hold of anyone to talk to.
