Repairman arrived on time when scheduled and made repairs necessary to correct condition of my refrigerator. He only needed about 30 to 45 minutes to complete repair. The only issue I had was that his service van has an oil leak that left a 6x18 inch oil slick on my blacktop driveway. Repairman needs to have vehicle maintenance to repair leaks.

You could not ask for a better technician. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Kind, even though I talked to him the whole time.. hopefully we will have ice tomorrow morning 👍 if you have not give him a raise, You really should !!! He is the example of excellence for your company and the reputation for your company. It has been an excellent experience with GE throughout the process. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we have ice already 🥰
