Caleb was very nice and explained what he was here to fix. He introduced himself. He then proceeded to fix my problem with the ice machine, He told me that my waterline to my ice maker was frozen.. and it needs to be defrosted. The water line was frozen.

After a long and drawn out bad experience of 3 weeks with Sear AI bot (horrible idea), trying to get an appointment schedule,we were pleasantly surprised by Lenathen's excellent attitude, skills and work ethic. He's a great guy who just made our day. Please hire more people like him people schedule service calls so the proper parts are ordered and available when the repair person needs them.
