Frank our service repairman was great. The only reason not a 5 is not being able to talk to a person when scheduling. We found out is wasn’t repairable and we are getting a refund for the original part. Only cost is for the first service call.

This is the worst Appliance Repair business I can ever think of. The repair man are good. It’s the company you cannot get a hold of them.They were all really bad and then they went AI and now it’s ridiculously bad they make appointments and don’t keep them. It’s been three months. We’ve finally got them to install the part. Who knows if that fixed it we’ll find out in 24 hours.

I scheduled for an appointment on April 22 and it gave a time slot of 8am-5pm. We waited all day for them to show and they were a no-show. Tried to chat with automated scheduling ai and it kept saying the appointment was set for April 22, yet we had a no-show. At one point it showed an appointment time of 11:40am, but once again they never showed up.

Made an appointment via online, got confirmation text that technician will come 8am-5pm. Nobody showed up and I waited all day not able to do anything. Tried calling phone numbers, which were all automated messages and couldn't get to talk to anyone. Very frustrating. I should have used different company rather than wasting time just waiting.

I had a scheduled, confirmed service appointment for 1/7/25 between 8:00 and 5:00. It was a no-show without a call or notification. I had to remain at home the entire day for no reason. When I contacted them after 5:00, I was told a service person was never assigned to me. I have been rescheduled for another date.
