Made an appointment via online, got confirmation text that technician will come 8am-5pm. Nobody showed up and I waited all day not able to do anything. Tried calling phone numbers, which were all automated messages and couldn't get to talk to anyone. Very frustrating. I should have used different company rather than wasting time just waiting.

I had a scheduled, confirmed service appointment for 1/7/25 between 8:00 and 5:00. It was a no-show without a call or notification. I had to remain at home the entire day for no reason. When I contacted them after 5:00, I was told a service person was never assigned to me. I have been rescheduled for another date.

My washing machine has been tore up since july 19th made a appointment to come and fix for july 25th nobody came or called. Then had another one for August 2nd same thing never showed up. Then made the one for today and the technician came put the piece on and left. He did not hook up to make sure it was fixed. I had to wait until my husband was home to hook up. It's not fixed it still won't do anything. I am very disappointed with this extended warranty company. I do not recommend them to anyone
