Eric was great, very knowledgeable and helped with everything that he could. He addressed the problem and took care of it right away and explained things along the way in terms I could understand.

the app that Sears uses to keep the homeowner informed on arrivals is well intentioned but completely ineffective. The time would show arrival as imminent but still show that the technician was several 'stops' away, whatever that means...I assume other repairs. Completely useless...finally Bronco called to say he was on the way and he arrived as communicated and did a great job when he was here. Bronco - 5 stars. Sears App - 1 star
