Bronco was great, however
the app that Sears uses to keep the homeowner informed on arrivals is well intentioned but completely ineffective. The time would show arrival as imminent but still show that the technician was several 'stops' away, whatever that means...I assume other repairs. Completely useless...finally Bronco called to say he was on the way and he arrived as communicated and did a great job when he was here. Bronco - 5 stars. Sears App - 1 star

Eric is a great repair technician. Ordering correct parts is difficult with your system. Scheduling problems because he was not scheduled so I changed plans to wait an extra day. 8 to 5:00 is a long daily wait for repair.
