Time wasted
Repairman spent about an hour or more running the dishwasher to fill with water and verify the issue. The problem with dirt and contaminates was there. The repair man simply suggested I run the machine with vinegar and or dishwasher cleaner. The dishwasher is barely a year old and running a cleaning cycle was already on my agenda and I had already disassembled the filter and made sure all was clean. All internal parts were clean. The only tool that was used was a flash light. I have started running cleaning cycles with vinegar and then dishwasher cleaner. If it doesn't fix the issue, I will be requesting another service call.

The one whom came over to let us know what's wrong.
The man came over and let us know that we needed a new ice maker. He looked up how much it will cost but wouldn't tell us until I signed the contract. I couldn't believe how this company runs their business.

Not good
I had a very hard time understanding him. He banged around on my brand new unit. Finally started taking it apart, struggled with that. Said he needed someone to help him. I called a friend to come out and help your service tech. Ridiculous. My friend discovered the problem.

Doesn't have the proper training
Admitted to having to make yet ANOTHER APPT because he doesn't know how to fix the motherboard of it is that. WHY are you here then? Isn't it to troubleshoot and repair because that's literally your job title?? Mind you, they came two weeks ago and ordered parts. It's been a month with no working appliance and having to spend additional money to go to the laundry mat because I have FOUR children. I can't not have a nonfunctional unit. Let's please get someone over that has knowledge to do an actual repair.
