Bronco, He was able to diagnose that the problem was not with my washing machine. It was a sewer problem. Today the plumber came and it was a sewer problem and he got it fixed. Thankful that Bronco figured it out.

I believe he was sent here due to miscommunication from the Sears company. When they stated they would replace the refrigerator. I don't think the repair part was closed out.

Technician was professional and friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was very happy with the results. The call center, if it had its own rating, I would have given two stars. The inability to contact the technician directly needs to be addressed. My street was closed today by the city of wichita, and I was unable to let the technicians know ahead of time. Also, when the automated system tells you that someone is coming out , it is vastly different from when they actually show up. Also, leaving an entire day , 8-5, open tone aha home and meet someone is unrealistic and makes for bad customer service. At least narrowing it down to a 2 to 4 hour window that is absolute and you know won't change, will make all the difference for those of us who have jobs . Trying to schedule through this system is extremely difficult and one of the main reasons I will not renew my home warranty.

No complaints on A&E, but what a terrible thermostat THOR placed in these ovens. We've owned the product for about 19 months and it is on its 4th thermostat. None will control at setpoint, all have temperature swings plus or minus 100F from whatever setpoint they select.
