Eric came out ran tests and believing the mother board went belly up after electricity was off for 14 hours. Paid diagnostic fee. Of $177? Dollars. He said it would cost over $800 to fix it. Got up next morning and we had full ice tray!! Finally LG system worked.

Eric was pleasant and knowledgeable. Timing was not what I expected after working with the service line. I was text he would arrive between 8 am and 12 pm. And he did not arrive until 2:30 pm. But my refrigerator is repaired and I am not happy with the Sears refrigerator I purchased that it failed within 5 years of purchase.
