Charlie is great. Sears… very bad!!!
Our technician, Charlie, was very good, and worked very efficiently. Sears, on the other hand, provides very bad service. Rather than dispatching our technician with a replacement icemaker on his first visit, that was not done! Instead, WE HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK for a replacement for our broken icemaker to be shipped to us. VERY POOR PLANNED on the part of Sears!

Ice maker repair
Once the technician got here everything went well. We were on the schedule for Wednesday then it got moved to Thursday and finally they showed up on Friday at 4:45. The technician was very nice and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.

Would really be nice to have a better scheduled time of arrival on the day before service. 8 am to 5pm seems a bit broad. Otherwise repair went well, tech was informative, fast and cordial.
