Valkrie, yep they're pretty much on time came right in introduced himself and diagnose the problem right away. The problems were functional idiosyncrasies. Our frog is 13 years old, the range is about 12 years old. He was able to correct the problem without having to order parts , So we can get back to fully using our refrigerator and Range. Good job Zachary.
