Great Technician
Minh had come out the first time and the problem was explained to him. Minh knew exactly what the problem was. Part was ordered, scheduled another repair date, part arrived on time, and my Kenmore washer was fixed within a week. Mihn was quick at fixing the repair correctly, even in a small laundry space, and he was also a very respectful technician. He even came out on both repair appointments in the freezing cold temperatures and icy blizzard conditions we currently are having in the midwest. Thank you Mihn for your hard work and getting my washer up and going, again! I appreciate your dedication and time to make it happen!
