Bob was a little delayed at the end of the day due to traffic and a need for fuel, but he was still very efficient when he arrived and very quickly swapped out our pump and sump to get the dishwasher functional again.

Appliance fix
He connected the flexible vent to dryer and outside vent. Then he checked vent to outside because I mentioned that water was coming from where the connection was. It turned out that vent was clogged. It could have caused a fire!
