Minh the technician arrived as scheduled and determined my refrigerator is unable to be fixed. (This issue has been going on since September 2024 and have been having to rent a refrigerator since then!)

Brian called to let me know he would be at my house in about an hour and was here on time. He was able to make the repair and address another problem with a door hinge that wasn't communicated to him from previous visits. He repaired that, too.

Paul was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. It has been the administrative portion of the repair that has been extremely frustrating. The first phone rep contact was incorrectly categorized as a microwave oven (despite being provided with the model and serial number) which the first tech wasn't equipped to handle necessitating an additional call and a second service fee which I appealed and was refunded. This was only the first issue. It took a total of 6 premise visits over 7 weeks for the oven to be repaired due to incorrect parts being shipped, etc. Pretty frustrating.

James did a fabulous job installing the motor parts. Fast, respectful of my kitchen and answered my questions. I would like to say it should have been completed 2 weeks prior by the previous technician "Minh" but he claimed it took 2 people. Whatever report Minh turned in was false.
