I declined your cost to repair the dryer and I bought a new, unused, highly rated dryer for less than your overpriced cost to repair. Also the delivery is tomorrow, (several days ahead of the estimated delivery date). I am so happy to have done research, prior to your diagnosis, on the cost of replacement pieces and when it makes sense to repair or replace. When I was given the cost to repair, my decision was a "no brainer". FYI, I purchased the new dryer from a highly recommend local dealer who also provides repair service and repairs the brands of all of our other appliances. No need to call Sears for future repairs if needed. I did rate your serviceman 5 stars because he was on-time, polite and through and I had confidence that his diagnosis was correct (verification of my prior research).

He was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with my washing machine and show me specifically what the issue was. Unfortunately I need a new machine, but he didn't try to rope me into expensive repairs that wouldn't have helped.
