Washing machine
Good service and fairly timely. First guy (not Minh) missed one piece that was needed to complete the repair. Minh came out twice and was great.

Minh was very nice and pleasant. We did have a bit of a language barrier because I had a hard time understanding him as I have hearing problem and his accent was significant but he was very patient with me too insure I understand what he was conveying to him. The news wasn't good but I had a feeling that it was time for a new washer. I was pleased with his service.

Thomas B was friendly and appeared to know what he was doing, but was unable to perform the service on our washing machine because the sticker with the Model and serial number was not able to be read. The sticker is on the front of the washing machine under the door and is in a place that gets wet and has faded/rubbed off. Sears repair was unable to perform the service.
