This wasn't Gary's first visit to my house. He repaired one of my two Kenmore refrigerators in November 2025 and within a month he had to come back to repair my second refrigerator for the same issue. A bad compressor. Elisha fixed my washing machine and answered all my questions. He also showed me how to reach and clean the filter on the machine and advised me to run cleaning cycles with washing machine cleaner. He was very helpful!

Elisha was placed in a tough position as he wasn't given the parts that Sears said was ordered. Luckily, he had the part on his truck somehow and was able to service my dryer which I'd been without for 10 days. He truly saved Christmas. We run the dryer daily. Elisha deserves a bonus. Nice man who still understands customer service.
