The refrigerator was repaired today in a matter of 15 minutes and the technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. What I am not happy about is that it has taken since October to get it fixed because of cancellation of appointments by Sears. Having a chair in front of the refrigerator door so it stays closed for 4 months was inconvenient and frustrating.

You guys need to have better communication with customers I had to wait five weeks to finally get my fridge work on that's not good for a company like sears it would make anyone think twice before having you guys service. You guys of to do much better it's not nice to be out of a fridge for so long
