He is not practical. Just like a robot. He doesn't have advanced trouble shooting capabilities to find the root cause of the problem.

Poor service support.

The technician Elisha was good no issues with him at all. The one star rating is for your service company overall support, lack of communication, inability to manage specific service and parts needs and at some point your service company will realize AI can not run your service business and communicate with your customers. It took you 1 month and 4 separate visits to replace a broken washer timer with one that actually worked properly. That is unacceptable. Knowing that you purchased the rights to use the trusted Sears name, unsuspecting service customers like myself need to learn that the name no longer represents quality, trust or value.

He told us to be very careful because the start button was fragile....but did not fix it. I would like for someone to actually come out and finish the repair since this button is almost broke.

He failed at both jobs and caused flood damage

He incorrectly installed the dispenser assembly. Then, he overfilled the refrigerant when working on the sealed system and we now have the high side of the refrigerant line freezing and causing water to leak on our hardwood kitchen floors every 12 hours during the thaw cycle. We had another repair company out today to diagnose the issue, but they weren't certified to work on the sealed system, so we'll have to have yet another appointment to clean up after James' mistakes. We'll also be reaching out to request coverage for the hardwood floor damage that was caused.

I give this company a big fat zero.. they were contracted to fix my dishwasher. They were told the problem is at the end of the cycle…the technician came out and said he couldn't wait so he left and then said they couldn't duplicate the problem and closed the ticket.. horrible

Had an appointment between 8-5 Never received a text or call to tell me he was going to be late. Showed up at 5:45. Never apologized for delay. I understand appointments run late but a text would be appreciated.

Worst ever there was not a zero rating

I was scheduled for repair of my gas range. My oven doesn't work and I was advised that maybe the electronic board would be replaced. Technician was a no call, no show. I spent 8 hours of my time, all day waiting for the technician to show up. My time was disregarded, customer service etiquette is to at least call and inform the customer of the status. The worst service I have ever experienced.
