Under warranty and told that they wouldn't fix.
Was told that the fridge was too dusty and unable to be fixed. I am going to cancel my warranty service I got talked into because clearly there was no effort made to actually fix the problem. What is the point of having the warranty if they won't fix the problem.

Service Didn't Happen
So Gary the service guy was great (I would have given him 5 stars), but he didn't provide any service because my under counter refrigerator isn't covered by the Sears Appliance Warrantee program! Too bad someone from Sears couldn't have told me that when I set up the repair or when I answered all of the text-bot questions, including providing the appliance model number! I took a day off work to wait (8:00 to 5:00) to just have Gary come and tell me he cannot work on my appliance! It's still not fixed and probably the most cost effective way to handle it is to buy a new one! The appliance is less than 4 years old. What have (new) appliances come to if you can't count on them to work longer than 4 years or expect them to be fixed for less than they cost? Just terrible all around!

Awful Experienxe
It took over a month for my dryer to get fixed. When the part was delivered they broke another part trying to assemble it. I would have been fine. I understand things happen but then they rescheduled the appointment 4 times before they finally got it fixed. On top of all of that the customer service was absolutely no help. They continued to keep me at the end of the day even though I asked to be moved up each time. In total I had to take 6 days off work and make countless trips to the laundry mat. Then, they left their trash from the repair. It was truly awful.

Unacceptably Slow

Terrible service
Tech says he knows nothing about unit and is unable to repair. Tech made report saying that we didn't want part installed and closed report. Now we still have appliance to isn't functioning and nobody following up. We are very unhappy

Failed repair

Washing machine.
The Tec did not fix the problem. He didn't run the washer long enough to find where it was leaking. He told us to just clean up with paper towels what it happens again. Not the solution we were hoping for.

Problem not resolved
Dishwasher diagnosed with faulty water inlet valve. Tech replaced the valve but never checked the unit to ensure the dishwasher would cycle. The same error code is still displayed. I'm out the money, and still don't have a working dishwasher. Good luck getting a human on the phone too, only a voice machine to spin you in circles.

Freezer repair.
tech never showed up. I took the afternoon off work to handle this and lost 5 hours pay plus the rest of the meat in the freezer. This was my first call to Choice Home Warranty and I'm not pleased.
