I like that there are automated tools, but we waited 2 hours today waiting for repair, because of bothe email, and automated calls. Only to find out later via phone call that the system "required" that entry in order for the repair technician to close our ticket as "no part available." I would have liked a call at the beginning so I wasn't expecting a repair visit and waited 2 hours.

Dino was fast and washer currently working. However, Sears Customer Service overall is HORRIBLE. You can only interact with AI and it is no help at all. Options for an update on technician arrival are null in void. Not customer friendly... Good luck!

Today was his second visit for the same issue. When he left yesterday he did not check to see if the unit was still leaking, told us to fill it and run it. Of course it leaked so he had to come back out. Other than that he was ok

He did a very good job fixing the cooling problem but, our ice maker isn't working now. We need someone to come out to see maybe something got unconnected during the service call.

Samuel seemed very nice and knowledgable, however the ice maker is not working now since he serviced it. We need for him to come back... I checked the ice maker this morning and its still not making ice. I wonder if the valve to the water supply is shut off and he didn't turn it back on.??? The valve I think is in the back of the fridge. Please call and come back out.. Not Happy at all!!

The tech pulled food out the freezer and left it out; said it needed to be fully defrosted but gave no instructions of how to do it. Didn't supply.bel packs or ice to keep frozen food safe. Did not address the ice maker or any other issues with the appliance.

The part has already fallen off. I was going to call in tomorrow. Need a whole new part if the part keeps falling off. Will only be available this week on Thursday. Maybe a new part can be located by then.
