Work on Bosch dish washer.
He is a very nice, competent, and a good worker. The only problem is with a language barrier. He tries really hard hard to explain what's going on but I don't hear very well and I didn't want to make him repeat himself. I would have him work for me again because he is good at his job.

Paul did a great job diagnosing the problem with our clothes washer. However, AFI, the warranty company, was completely useless. By the time Paul arrived at our house as the last service call of the day, AFI was closed and he could not get approval to order the parts needed to repair our washer. If this is how Best Buy and AFI support their customers, I'll likely not buy anything from them in the future.

He immediately found and fixed the problem. My only complaint is that he was 1 1/2 hours later than the time he was supposed to be there which was inconvenient for me.

Jim was very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved , (as per Jim, the problem was unrelated to the appliance itself, but more associated with a plumbing issue). I had to call another service to see about getting a plumber out. Not sure I should have had to pay the entire service fee with unfinished business.

Seemed to know what he is doing; and, didn't find anything wrong. I had asked for the technician to park on the street and I had asked for the technician to bring shoe covers to wear in the house. No shoe covers were brought and the technician parked in our driveway when there is an orange warning cone on the driveway itself. Those two aspects were not appreciated; however, the actual service seemed to be fine.

Compactor repair was done quickly, very strait forward. Microwave was a completely different story. Have part, repair person couldn't find access point for installation of the part. Repair person rescheduled repair to Friday.

Paid extra to have the unit cleaned, but didn't cleanup the floor and surrounding areas after. This was the case for both visits.
