I would have given him a five if he had been able to take the drum out for me. I decided it wasn't worth buying a new agitator drum just to see what was below it. I had broken a necklace in there and wanted to retrieve any parts. Sadly, this model you apparently cannot remove it without breaking it. What an engineering failure.

I found it ridiculous that your system asked me all the details about my problem and I answered all the questions. Your customer service person asked me all the details about my problem. Then, when your service technician came, he asked me again. He said he had no knowledge of the information I had already given. Why do you ask the questions if you are not going to prepare the service technician? Then, after he had analyzed the problem and ordered the parts, we set up an appointment to complete the repair. Your system called the second appointment an initial appointment to determine the problem. It was confusing

He arrived mid morning and made the repairs to replace the intake valve and the door latch that was causing the leak. He was polite and friendly and completed the job quickly. I am currently running a cycle to insure there are no further leaks.

The guy was very nice and he was going to submit for a product replacement. He was going to call 2-10 home warranty and was going to call me back with the details and next steps. I have not heard back from him yet, so just awaiting his phone call.

Very nice and professional technician (plus two helpers), but took two scheduled visits to get the cooktop working, left some screws unused after the first visit, and did not put drawer that had to be removed under the cooktop back onto the track after the second visit.

Would be nice to have short period of time when to expect tech. A 4 hour window not a 9 hour window.

Minh seemed to know what he was doing and for the last few days the water softener seems to be working properly. He is difficult to understand as he speaks very quickly. I have good hearing but had to ask him to repeat things but still wasn't sure I understood correctly. If he could speak a bit slower and/ or more distinctly it would be helpful to customers so they know what to expect or what they are supposed to do.
