Thomas B came out twice, initially to assess the problem, then after a new part was ordered and arrived. Today he came back to install. He arrived just at the time expected. He is very kind and efficient. Left the laundry room as he found it. Sears people are great, but their automated system is sketchy. Mr. Chingiz has also been out and is very nice and helpful. The people are why we stay with Sears!
