Thomas was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Then he was able to walk me through what was wrong at a level I could understand. After how awful calling in for support was I was nervous about the visit. BUT!!! To my surprise is was incredibly amazing! If I ever need assistance again and I have to make an appt I hope Thomas is the guy that shows up!
