It was not a good experience. I could not get anyone to help with the situation. They told me twice that a supervisor would call to help me, but no one called. The repairman does fine job, but the phone center does not have the means to help the customer. I have used Sears Repair quite a few times in the past, but never again! I would not recommend them to anyone.
