Great Oven Repair
Richard diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it. Some confusion on schedule since the original repair date was dropped at the end of the day and a new date was given for 5 days later. However Richard intervened and repair was completed the next day. I don't like that I couldn't reach a live person after the missed appointment and AI system goes around in circles.

Technician was very good but took weeks to get the replacement parts needed and appointment was rescheduled multiple times. Communication was frequent but robotic. No luck getting meaningful answers from the robot and no human to pick up the phone at Sears apparently. But technician courteous, friendly and seemed quite competent. Diagnosed the problem quickly on first visit and then fixed it quickly on second visit several weeks later after parts had arrived.
