After receiving a text they were on their way, they arrived promptly and got straight to work determining the issue with my dryer. They determined a short in the wiring that could be easily fixed rather than installing a replacement board that works have cost a lot more. I really appreciated the honest assessment and more cost-saving resolution! I have always trusted Sears with repairs.
