Quick, efficient, expensive
Repair diagnosis was speedy. Chingiz had the replacement part available. Quick installation. Tested to make sure dishwasher runs OK & there are no other problems with it. Very efficient. But also very expensive labor costs!

The entire Sears Home Services staff and leadership needs to know that Thomas B. did an absolutely outstanding job in repairing my older Kenmore dryer today. Not only did Thomas do an absolutely outstanding and thorough repair job, but he was extremely polite, professional, and more than accommodating in listening to and understanding what needed to be repaired. He did the job quickly and completely and without error. Further, Thomas couldn't have been a nicer guy and he should be commended highly by all of his bosses for his demonstrated excellence!
