Chingiz got here and went right to work. He fixed the microwave and gave me a tip on how to prevent a recurrence. He was excellent. I wish that you would make the window for scheduling repairs a little smaller. Having to wait from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM wastes an entire day for me. If you could just give customers a choice of morning or afternoon, it would at least give us a half day back.

can't ask the tech to be any better, in and out part in, washer worked, polite, with a happy smile. as far as being able to talk to a human being on the phone without jumping through hoops is a different story.
