He did everything possible to fix the motor even doing what looked like above and beyond searches. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to find the necessary parts. He did let me know what the next step would be. Over all he did everything he could and then some. Great employee.

Jim is great, very knowledgeable and worked hard to find a solution. However, the warranty service plan is worthless as there is no human contact when you try to make an appointment or have questions beyond the scope of what the repairman can answer for you. I will be cancelling my plan and advising anyone who asks what my negative experiences and complaints are. Would love to have a human contact me but know that is not going to happen
