I'm not very happy with the time window of service 8 to 5, it is quite a long time compared to other companies that have four hour windows as a whole. In order to get service, it requires you to miss a whole workday and unfortunately, when the technician needs to come back, that's two days of work that needs to be missed. However, I could not be grumpy when the technician arrived. He was very personable and did everything he could to make my experience the best that it could be. He needed to come back, but he correctly diagnose the problem and my dishwasher is now back in service.

Both technicians (the guy that diagnosed and the guy that later fixed it) were amazing. I appreciate them both. The AI system is terrible.
