Elisha was on time and provided outstanding work. He followed repair protocols which he took the time to explain. He fixed our dryer and gave us options for repair and warranty discounts. We had a bad experience with another appliance repair company a few weeks ago. Because of Elisha, we plan to use Sears Home Services for appliance repair in the future.
