Elisha was great! He was on time and was early in the day so I didn't wait around all day for the appointment. He ordered a part and scheduled a follow-up installation appointment on the spot, already had parts for my dryer which he managed the installation very quickly. I had all the follow-up documents before he left for his next job. I hope I get him back for future appointments--he is every bit a 5 Star technician.!
