Dino Saves the Experience

Dino is terrific. He communicated with us about the work, and he was resourceful and professional. Everything else about our experience with Sears Home Services was awful. Our first tech was completely unqualified to do the work, left a disassembled dryer on the floor, and communicated completely inaccurate information. In the 21 days that followed, we received a barrage of confusing/unhelpful texts and emails. Since there is no way to communicate with SHS, we were left to wait. On the original day of the follow-up appointment, SHS was a no-show. We got a bot to reschedule the appointment for the following day, and fortunately Dino was our tech. We were over-charged for the initial estimated service, so now we're assuming the process of a refund will follow the same path.
