Brian was attentive, understanding, helpful, professional, and just plain awesome!!! Helped me understand what was going on with the new circuit board in my dryer and tested to make sure it was heating properly. He is the best!!!!

I was not there is see the person, but mt stepson was, they did not leave a receipt for my insurance. Can you send me a receipt. They didn’t even leave receipt for the check saying it was paid

The repair person was polite and did his job, although he was unclean and unkept looking. However, he did the job when he got here and I am hoping it’s fixed (Its only been 3 hours since completed, so I am not 100% certain the refrigerator is working yet.) I would give my biggest complaint to Sears for an inefficient system. The extreme wait in getting something done is maddening. When I first called with a problem, it was 4 days before a repair person could come (I understand that/reasonable). When he came, he didn’t fix it…he simply diagnosed it and said a part had to be ordered and then a repair person would come back to fix. Again, I understood. The part he ordered arrived at my home March 6. He told me I couldn’t get a repair person there until March 12. Another big complaint is the time frame notification of a service (sometime between 8-5)…there was no human or computer update until he was on his way as we waited all day and he got there around 4:00 pm. I will never use Sears repair service again.
