Getting started on a claim can be a little confusing

Brian was attentive, understanding, helpful, professional, and just plain awesome!!! Helped me understand what was going on with the new circuit board in my dryer and tested to make sure it was heating properly. He is the best!!!!

I was not there is see the person, but mt stepson was, they did not leave a receipt for my insurance. Can you send me a receipt. They didn’t even leave receipt for the check saying it was paid

Absolutely ridiculous! Took 4 trips and over a month to get my Washing machine fixed. You would think they could do a full diagnostics test to figure it out, Nope! Ohh try this, that’s not it, order another part and wait. Ok try this, nope that’s not it either. Order another part and wait. At this point, they replaced every part except the drum and exterior.
