Lewis did a great job! So good to have our washer back. The only issue was length of time for repair. Initially we were asked for make and model number plus any error codes displayed. This way the tech was supposed to arrive prepared for the most common problems. With parts, ect.

The technician who came to check on our fridge, Eric, was very kind and informative. He gave us plenty to consider for our fridge, especially about the specific problem. He was also quite prompt and did indeed arrive on time. All around a positive experience
