Words cannot express my sincere appreciation for the concern, professionalism and Devin's ability to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Sevin, again "thanks for your service." Sears should be very honored to have you share your expertise with their company. Appreciative, Dr. B. Jones -Jackson, one satisfied customer! Although, I cannot say this for Sears' AI customer service representative which happened to have been a thorn in my side. AI can never replace a live person when a customer is in need of immediate customer service attention in the event of what is considered an emergency. I place the blame on both the servicer and warranty company for this. Ha ving a client wait 3 weeks from an initial visit in this heat is utterly ridiculous. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone in the immediate near future.Customer satisfaction is what keeps companies in business.
