This tech we had today 8/28/24 was very thorough and pleasant. The other one you sent out on the 16th wasn't as thorough. I can not say the same for your customer service dept; first it's hard to understand them when their English isn't that good and most of all I dont appreciate someone who is condensending. That dept. needs improvement.

Needed to have our refrigerator looked at. It was not cooling properly. Was able to schedule Sear Home Services to look at it the same day I set the appointment! Zach was out tech and was able to show up earlier than anticipated. Zach was very friendly, professional and fast at diagnosing our problem. He did a great job.
