Was very patient with my warranty people and answering all my questions he was also knowledgeable about my dryer and what needed done and what could wait. Will definitely use him again. Please tell him thank you again. My husband and I are leaning towards getting our warranty through sears. I do not like that I could not talk with a person when calling in. I first scheduled for 11-19-2025 I was told at the end of the day I would have to reschedule I did for the next day and again at the end of the day I had to reschedule He finally made it today 11-26 a week from my original appointment. This had nothing to do with the technician so as far as the scheduling department I would give a 0-1 this really needs to be changed!
